Returns to a Chaps location that are (a) not accompanied by the original receipt or (b) made 30 days after the purchase date will be exchanged for store credit.

Products that are purchased on www.chapsandco.com from may be returned to within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund.

2. Provide them with your contact information, address and Order Number (found on the order confirmation email) and detail regarding which product(s) you would like to return.

4. Please allow 14 business days for your credit to be applied to the original form of payment.
