RETURNS IN-STORE

Products that are purchased from any Chaps shop location may be returned to any Chaps shop location within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to the original form of payment providing it is accompanied by a receipt/ proof of purchase.

Returns to a Chaps location that are (a) not accompanied by the original receipt or (b) made 30 days after the purchase date will be exchanged for store credit.

No credits will be issued for purchases that are older than 30 days. If your original purchase was made on www.chapsandco.com, your purchase can be returned to any chaps branch or returned by mail. See below for instructions.

RETURNS BY MAIL

Products that are purchased on www.chapsandco.com from may be returned to within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund.

2. Provide them with your contact information, address and Order Number (found on the order confirmation email) and detail regarding which product(s) you would like to return.

4. Please allow 14 business days for your credit to be applied to the original form of payment.
