At Chaps & Co, we’ve always believed in backing those who show up, and leading by example. This month, we’re proud to announce that Max has officially joined Chaps partnership, by stepping into co-ownership of our newest location.
Max is the second barber to rise through the Become a Partner program, a long-term initiative designed to give our best people a real stake in what they help build. The goal is simple: reward loyalty with opportunity, and skill with ownership.
And Max has earned this.
Since joining in February 2019, his discipline and commitment to the Chaps standard stood out. He took responsibility. He took pride. He took initiative.
Now, he takes the next step.
For us, this moment is bigger than a promotion. It’s a reminder of what Chaps is really built on, and that’s people. The barbers who carry our name with intent. And the shared belief that if you put in the work, the door opens.
We couldn’t be prouder of Max and the journey ahead.
