What is a FACT Award?
The FACT Spa & Wellness Awards, to give them their full title, were set up in 2016 and reward outstanding service within the industry. The prestigious ceremony occurs each year and is judged on care, service, standards and commitment.
Covering all aspects of spa and wellness treatments, individual businesses and those outstanding in their field, the FACT Awards serve to create a culture of good business by rewarding those who excel. And who wouldn’t want that sort of recognition?
How We Achieved the Treble
Chaps & Co was born out of necessity. When looking for a modern barber in Dubai back in 2016, the results were underwhelming. We set out to provide a service level that we felt was missing from the region.
Starting with just one shop, focussing on providing an elite barbering service, we shot out of the traps in luxury surroundings. Soon we opened another, and another. The message was clear, provide a high standard of service, in reputable, comfortable surroundings. We didn’t aim for awards, the awards naturally found us.
We started with good intentions and stuck to our guns. That’s what gets results.
Please don’t read this as boastful, as we are far from that. We are just taking our time to reflect on what’s been an incredible journey.

And with that, we’d like to humbly send some thanks out to all those that voted in our favour. We’d like to send thanks to The FACT Awards for their gracious recognition of our hard work. We’d like to thank our endless stream of fantastic patrons, whether you’ve dropped in once, or have been a regular from the start, your custom is our leisure.
